VB-Leasing International Holding GmbH is one of the leading lease firms financing movables, active particularly on the Central and Eastern European markets.

VB LEASING is a joint venture established between the following shareholders: VOLKSBANK AG and VR LEASING AG.

VOLKSBANK AG is a prominent Austrian bank, member of the the Volksbank Group, and concurrently a commercial bank of an international scope. ÖVAG is one of the top banks supporting both small and medium-sized businesses and large corporations. Through its daughter companies at home and abroad, ÖVAG is also present in the retail business. A wide range of services is supplemented by
a leasing offer, factoring, investment funds and investment banking.

VR LEASING, a German company, ranks as a top one among European leasing companies. It is a member of the Volksbanken Raiffeisenbanken Banks Association. The offer of VR LEASING includes leasing movables and real estate as well as related services. Factoring and investment funds supplement a wide range of its products. VR LEASING has a complex network of outlets in nine Eastern European countries and in Hungary.

The fact that VB LEASING belongs to the stable Volksbank financial group, having a tradition of more than 150 years and wide experience, decides about its competitive advantage on the market. It guarantees a reliable and assured source of financing, and, first of all, security of all transactions conducted with
VB LEASING.

Today, offering a wide package of services and a safe system for financing investments, VB LEASING supports the development of Polish companies, particularly those representing the sector of small and medium-sized business. We carefully observe the fluctuating leasing market and continuously work on extending and improving our offer, looking for niches and unique financial products.
