Business Credibility Certificate
In 2010, the company VB Leasing Polska SA was awarded the Business Credibility Certificate for the company stability of the highest rank in 2009 according to Dun&Bradstreet Poland. In the opinion of D&B Poland - the international credit information agency, the financial result obtained by our leasing company last year provides our business partners with guarantee of a very high level of our liquidity, financial capacity and profitability.
The opinion about VB LEASING was formed on the basis of the payment morality analysis according to DunTrade®, analysis of financial indexes from the financial statements and the largest in Poland relational database of corporate and individual relations.

In the ranking for the Best Financial Institution by "Rzeczpospolita” in 2009 VB LEASING won 3rd place in the category: LEASING.
525 financial institutions participated in the research conducted by the daily newspaper Rzeczpospolita: banks, insurance companies, brokerage house, investment funds societies, popular pension fund companies, leasing and factoring companies, SKOK and financial agents.
From this group 101 biggest companies and the best ones in their respective categories were selected. In the general classification VB LEASING was placed on 73rd place, however in its category – Best Leasing Company it was placed in the top five, winning 3rd place in Poland.
While making their selection, the jury of the ranking assessed, among other things, factors such as growth, profitability and safety. The ranking included companies which in 2009 and 2008 had profit and whose balance sheet total and the value of the entire portfolio was above PLN 100 million. The jury also evaluated: ROE, profit obtained from the portfolio of receivables in 2009, last year's sales dynamic and the entire portfolio.
Results of the ranking were announced on 22nd June 2010.

VB Leasing Polska SA – The Builder of the Fleet Market
At the beginning of December this year, VB LEASING was awarded the title of The Builder of the Fleet Market [Budowniczy Rynku Flotowego] by the FLOTA trade magazine.
It is a new type of award. It has been received by the companies that have participated in building the fleet market in Poland for many years, have contributed to its development, and have positively influenced the awareness of its participants. The award ceremony took place during the eighth meeting of the fleet industry, i.e. during the Fleet & Business Day 2009.

The Pearl of the Polish Economy (November 2009)
For the fourth time, VB Leasing Polska SA received the title of the Pearl of the Polish Economy [Perła Polskiej Gospodarki] in the category of the Big Pearls. The ranking has been prepared for seven years by the editorial staff of the POLISH MARKET economic magazine published in English and in cooperation with the Institute of Economic Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
The ranking of the Pearls of the Polish Economy is based on the methodology and indexes evaluating the whole range of business activities of the companies and the position on the ranking list depends not only on the size of the enterprise measured with the amount of total income but also on its effectiveness, dynamics, and financial liquidity.
The award of the Pearls of the Polish Economy is not a commercial one and is not connected with any obligations on the part of the distinguished companies. It is a matter of prestige.

The Laurels of the Builder 2008 for VB Leasing (February 2009)
VB Leasing Polska SA received for the second time the Laurels of the Builder [Laury Buildera] which is a title reflecting the high quality of the products offered by our company.
The Builder monthly gives this award to the companies and institutions which do not operate in the construction industry, yet their activity and provided services support the development of this sector.
The award committee assessed the availability of a product or service, its innovativeness, the adjustment to the requirements of the construction industry and the needs of the clients and the changing market, as well as B2C relations.
VB LEASING received the Laurels of the Builder in the category of the Financial Products and Services for the Construction Industry.

Eagles of the Polish Construction Industry –
VB Leasing Poland SA takes the 3rd place in the category “Financial services for the construction industry”
The awards have been given to companies which offer outstanding quality of their services, successfully meet new challenges of the market and strive to improve the quality of their work, products and services.
The main idea of the “Eagles of the Polish Construction Industry” contest is selection of companies which offer outstanding quality of their services, successfully meet new challenges of the market and strive to improve the quality of their work, products and services.
During this year’s “Eagles of the Polish Construction Industry” Gala, the statuettes went to winners in 15 different categories.

VB Leasing Polska was ranked on the 19th position in the Ranking of 50 Most Dynamic Financial Institutions in Poland with reference to the revenue growth rate 2007; whereas among 100 Largest Financial Institutions in Poland, the company came in the 47th place.
VB LEASING is ranked very high in comparison to the remaining leasing companies. The company is an indisputable leader in terms of the revenue growth – the 1st place in the Ranking of the Most Dynamic Leasing Companies in Poland, whereas in the Ranking of the Largest Leasing Companies in Poland in reference to the revenue growth VB LEASING holds the 2nd position.

In April 2008 Marek Bauer became one of 25 candidates nominated to the title FINANCIER OF 2008 by Gazeta Finansowa Weekly. Whereas in November 2007 the same weekly paper awarded Krzysztof Famulski as one of 20 best leaders of finance in Poland.

Gazele Biznesu (The Gazelles of Business) Ranking 2007 (January 2008)
VB Leasing Polska SA joined the elite circle of Gazele Biznesu 2007. The List of Gazele Biznesu is a well-known and reliable brand in the community of the Polish companies.
Gazele Biznesu is the only ranking which not only takes the previous year of operation in a given company into consideration but also examines the dynamics of its development and awards its fast and stable development in the following 3 years.
Hence, the title Gazela Biznesu 2007 is given to a company which: started its business activity before 2004 and continues it until now, registered no losses between 2004 and 2006 but the increase of sales year by year; in 2004 its total sales reached not less than PLN 3 million but not more than PLN 200 million and has been publishing its financial performance in Monitor Polski B (Official Gazette of the Republic of Poland) at least since 2004 or has been making information on its performance available for Coface Poland or the editorial team of "Puls Biznesu".

Orły Polskiego Budownictwa (the Eagles of the Polish Construction Industry) – the 1st honourable mention in the category “Services for Construction” (November 2007)
On 23 November 2007 VB Leasing Polska SA was awarded the 1st honourable mention in Orły Polskiego Budownictwa Competition in the category of “Services for Construction”.
All companies nominated to that year edition were obliged to meet the requirements enlisted in the rules of the competition and to complete a competition questionnaire carefully. The awards were given in 11 categories.
This is the second award for the VB LEASING offer intended for the construction industry. In January 2007 the company was awarded “Laury Buildera” (the Builder’s Laurels) prize for the preparation and implementation of special leasing products for the construction sector, products which are addressed for small and medium companies.

Najlepszy Partner w Biznesie (The Best Business Partner) (October 2007)
On 23 November 2007 VB Leasing Polska was conferred a prestigious title of the best business partner in the category of “leasing company” for the second time (year after another).
This title is given by an economic magazine Magazyn Ekonomiczny Home&Market. This is how the magazine editorial team and readers award entities which are regarded by business circles as reliable, trustworthy, recommendable, and fully meeting its clients’ and partners’ expectations. In 2007 the following three companies were nominated to this title in the category of leasing companies: BPH Leasing, BRE Leasing and VB LEASING.
This is the second statuette which was awarded to our company by Home&Market. This award is very special for us as it proves that the title of the best business partner conferred to VB LEASING in the previous year was not accidental. Our offer as well as the quality of the services meet the growing expectations of the Polish clients. Winning the title of the best business partner, we proved that we can effectively execute the strategy of offering to our clients versatile and innovative product package, attractive financial conditions, and the high standard of services and customer service.

Auto dla Biznesu – Usługa finansowa (Car for Business - Financial Service) Bankier.pl (March 2007)
In March 2007 the VB LEASING offer of the car leasing was conferred a title of: Auto dla Biznesu – Usługa finansowa.
The honourable distinction Auto dla Biznesu – Usługa finansowa 2006 was awarded by portals Bankier.pl and Mojeauto.pl for the first time ever.
In 2006 the VB LEASING offer was the most frequently read financial offer for the automobile industry by the users of a web portal Polski Portal Finansowy Bankier.pl. The Internet users unknowingly voted for the selected offers. Their votes were counted when they browsed a unique database rendered available by Bankier.pl and intended for comparing the offers of different financial products as well as for their purchase through the portal pages.

Firmowa Flota (Corporate Fleet) awarded by the editorial team of Gazeta Finansowa (February 2007)
On 2 February 2007 the Polish newspaper Gazeta Finansowa awarded the Corporate Fleet – a VB LEASING product, as “the best financial product for companies”. According to the editorial team, this is a convenient method to support transport – a tool to reach the strategic targets of a company.
VB LEASING Corporate Fleet (full service leasing) includes: financial part – operating leasing connected with obtaining cars or delivery vehicles of GVW up to 3.5 tons and a maintenance service package. The Corporate Fleet is characterised mainly by flexibility, i.e. tailoring the offer to the needs and expectations of customers, final value of the cars individually established on the basis of the analysis of the industries in which they operate. Moreover, this product allows for a significant reduction of operational activities in the lessee’s company.
VB LEASING Corporate Fleet is addressed to large companies, which are creating or already have a developed car fleet, as well as for small and medium enterprises, whose vehicle fleet includes several cars.

Laury Buildera (The Builder’s Laurels) 2006 for VB LEASING (January 2007)
VB Leasing Polska SA was awarded Laury Buildera - a prize proving the high quality of our product. The Builder Monthly confers the award on companies and institutions outside the construction industry whose activity and services support this sector in its development.
The competition committee took the following elements into consideration: availability of a product or service, innovation, degree in which it meets the requirements of the construction industry and the client’s expectations, and the changeable market as well as the company-client relationship. ''Laury Buildera'' in the category of “the Leasing Product for Construction” were conferred for the first time in history.
VB LEASING was awarded for the preparation and implementation of special leasing products for the construction sector, products which are addressed for small and medium companies.
The award was conferred on us on 18 January 2007 during a formal gala in a palace Pałac Lubomirskich in Warsaw, where The Builder also gave the statuettes of „Polski Herkules” (Polish Hercules) and a honourable mention in the category „Budowlana Firma Roku” (Building Company of the Year). The gala constituted the summary of 2006 in the construction industry and assessment of developmental changes and directions in 2007.
VB LEASING launched its construction product between 2004 and 2005. Having the characteristics of this business in mind, we offer attractive financial conditions, simple rules, and fast procedures. From the very beginning our lease of construction machinery became very popular among the clients, which resulted in very good sales performance of VB LEASING. In 2006 the value of the leased construction machines and devices amounted to PLN 133 million. Hence, the sales increased by 170% in comparison to 2005.
In 2007 we were still improving our offer and quickly responded to the growing expectations and needs of our clients.

VB Leasing Polska SA was recognized twice as the “Pearl of the Polish economy" in the ranking prepared by the Institute of Economics of the Polish Academy of Sciences and the editorial team of the economic monthly magazine the "Polish Market". This collection includes companies whose income from the entire operation throughout the year amounted to minimum PLN 100 million (Perły Duże [Big Pearls]) or PLN 1 billion (Perły Wielkie [Huge Pearls]). VB LEASING is a big pearl.
The ranking "Perły Polskiej Gospodarki (Pearls of the Polish Economy) is not commercial and does not oblige the awarded companies to any action. It is only a prestigious title.

Troskliwy Pracodawca (Thoughtful Employer) (September 2006)
VB Leasing Polska SA is one of the prize-winners of the 3rd edition of the competition „Troskliwy Pracodawca”. This undertaking is organised by the editorial team of "Rzeczpospolita" daily and IMC Kariera – a leading outplacement company.
The title is awarded to the companies which are particularly attentive to their staff. The awarded companies undertake actions aiming at: upgrading the skills of workers, investing in their development, improving working conditions and supporting those who have been made redundant. VB LEASING was particularly appreciated for the implementation of development programmes for employees in the years 2004/2006.
The ceremony, during which the prize-winners were awarded certificates, took place on 18 September 2006. The competition was organised under the patronage of: Ministerstwo Gospodarki i Pracy, Polska Konfederacja Pracodawców Prywatnych "Lewiatan", Stowarzyszenie Organizacji Outplacement* and magazines such as: “Wprost”, "Business Week", "Personel i Zarządzanie". Order Finansowy (Order of Finance) (January 2006)
On 12 January 2006 VB LEASING was awarded an order Order Finansowy 2006 – a prize given by Home&Market Economic Magazine. It was granted to the best products for business offered by financial institutions including leasing companies.
The editors of H&M awarded VB LEASING for the car leasing. Modern solutions, fast and professional service offered by the company to its customers were indicated as arguments justifying the choice. In 2006 Ordery Finansowe were granted for the first time.
VB Leasing offers the lease of cars (also for individual customers – Alternative+), delivery vehicles up to 3.5 tons, and lorries, model leasing - a classic form of the operating lease with the high lease buyout value and brand programmes: Ford Leasing, Volvo Auto Leasing and from September 2006: Jaguar Leasing and Land Rover Leasing.

The nomination for Nagroda Specjalna dla Instytucji Finansowej (Special Award for Financial Institution) for the best product and the greatest contribution to the enterprise development in Lower Silesia (September 2005)
On 25 September 2005 VB Leasing Polska SA was nominated for the special award for the financial institution in “Dolnośląskie Gryfy” (Gryphons of Lower Silesia) for the best product and greatest contribution to the enterprise development in Lower Silesia.
"Dolnośląskie Gryfy" are granted by the Competition Committee composed of the representatives of the regional government, scientific authorities, and entrepreneurs deciding about the strength of the Lower Silesian economy.

Przyjaciel rynku (Friend of the market) (March 2005)
On 30 March 2005 the newspaper Gazeta Prawna published the first ranking of the Polish lease companies. The companies were ranked on the grounds of performance or events taking place on the leasing market in 2004. The lease companies were divided into three groups: Giants, Tigers, and the Friends of the Market. The first two categories base on the financial performance of this business in previous year. The third, however, constitutes a subjective evaluation of the market orientations of the companies operating in this industry. VB LEASING was regarded as the friend of the market.
We can read in the newspaper: “We decided to point these companies which have a strong market orientation. Such companies are characterized by: innovative products (fast response to changing regulations and needs), friendly procedures (simplification, additional consultancy in reference to the product, etc.). Such companies – the friends of the market – stand out against the others due to this particular feature. Undoubtedly, an important criterion, especially in the case of the SME sector, is a possibility to use the European funds.”

Sponsor wrocławskiego sportu (Sponsor of Wrocław Sport) (December 2005/January 2007/March 2008)
In December 2005, January 2007 and March 2008, the Mayor of Wrocław Rafał Dutkiewicz awarded a certificate and a statuette for VB Leasing Polska SA as one of the best sponsors of sport in the city. The prize-winners were selected by the Mayor on the initiative of sports clubs operating in Wrocław.
Since the beginning of its business activity in Poland (2000) VB LEASING has been supporting and promoting sports events as well as talented young people of sport.
In 2005 we began a cooperation related to sponsorship with the third-division basketball team KKS VB LEASING Siechnice (from 2007 - the second-division team) and AZS Wrocław, a female football team of the Polish champions.
VB LEASING was a nominal sponsor of the female football team AZS VB LEASING Wrocław in the 2006/2007 and 2007/2008 seasons.
