Management Board of VB LEASING
 | Marek Bauer - Member of the Management Board of VB Leasing Polska SA responsible for, among other things, risk management, controlling, finance and accounting, PR, IT and contracts administration. |
Involved with VB LEASING since the year 2000. In June 2001 he assumed the position of the Risk Manager where he was responsible for designing the company’s credit portfolio, financial risk management and implementation of the Capital Agreement Basel II. In December 2006 he was appointed Proxy of VB Leasing Polska SA.
In the years 1996-2000 he dealt with economic consultancy and coordination of Polish and German consulting projects, among other: for bmp MANAGEMENT CONSULTANTS GmbH, BAO Polska Sp. z o.o. (a daughter-company of the Berlin Chamber of Commerce and Industry). He participated in projects covering the scope of: mergers and companies acquisition, entering new markets, acquiring real estate.
Marek Bauer is a graduate of the Westphalian Wilhelms-University in Münster (major: Business Management; specialties: Finance, International Management). He completed postgraduate studies in the field of real estate appraisal (Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Science), participated in many professional trainings (in the scope of economics and management among other) and language courses.
In his leisure time he perfects his command of foreign languages. He speaks fluent German, English and Italian. Hobbies include diving, skiing, cycling as well as Russian and Czech literature.

Krzysztof Famulski graduated from the University of Economics in Poznan – M.A. in finance and banking. In 1999 he graduated from the German-Polish MBA Program on EAP-ESCP Business School in Berlin.
From the beginning his career has been involved with financial issues. In 1995 he was employed by Kredyt Bank S.A. Poznan Branch – KBC Group as account manager. Completing his studies in 1997 he changed to Domdata (a consulting and business advisory company).
He gained experience in the leasing industry within international institutions. In 2000 he was one of the IKB Leasing Polska founder’s (member of IKB Deutsche Industrie Bank Group, leading leasing group in Germany and Central Europe in the machinery and equipment sector). During the four years he set up the risk department, his responsibility was to supervise the whole back office area including vindication as well as IT. In 2003 he became the company’s proxy.
In 2004 he moved to Raiffeisen-Leasing Polska SA. In the beginning he held the position of Risk Manager developing machinery & equipment as well the real estate business lines. In 2006 he changed to the Sales Department and was responsible for leading the sales force in Western Poland.
He spends his free time with his family (3 children).
